1. Warm up
2. 10 EMOM
DL x 5 @ 65% of 1RM - remaining time upto the 50sec mark do as many as possible DU or singles - record score (ex. 30sec to complete 5 DL , leaves 20 sec to do du/singles)
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
