3. Back squat ladder 

10 reps at 55%

5 reps at 65 % 

3 reps 75% 

1 rep at 85% 

1 rep at 90% 

1 rep at 95% 

..... feeling strong ?? Maybe hit a PR 

Then go back in reverse order 

2 min rest between sets
