-Banded Shoulder Stretch

A)

6 Sets:

Snatch Balance x 2 (Building...focus on solid positions and speed under the bar more than the amount of weight you're doing.  I want to build your guys confidence in receiving the barbell in a full squat.)

B)

EMOMx8

Clean and Jerk x 4 (135/95)

Box Jump x 8 (24/20)

C)

EMOMx10

Min 1: 15/12 Cal Row

Min 2: 15 Burpees (if 15 is too much to squeeze into a minute, then scale to 12, then 10, etc...)
