*At the top of every minute perform 4 burpees.

*The key to this is to have a number in mind and shoot for that.  Look at it more like an EMOM with Thrusters and Burpees once you have a set number of thrusters you think is challenging, yet 'doable', and it'll not seem so bad when you think about it ;).
