Over the last few months we've had the opportunity 

to create WODs where you as the athlete could  divide 

reps, movements anyway you want , most of you 

use your time before coming to class to calculate 

what works best for you ... 

Today the wod will be released at the start of a 5 Min timer 

When the 5 min is up the wod will begin... Good luck
