1) Warmup

2) EMOM10

Even: accumulate 30 seconds hollow rock hang from bar (hollow rock on ground)

Odd: accumulate 30 seconds Superman hang from bar (Superman hold on ground)

3) Tabatas

For max reps at each station:
 Tabata chest-to-bar pull-ups (push ups)
 Rest 1 minute
 Tabata sit-ups
 Rest 1 minute
 Tabata seated shoulder presses (pike push ups)
 Rest 1 minute
 Tabata hip extensions (Superman's)
 Rest 1 minute
 Tabata jumping back squats (jumping squats)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals.

Men: 75-lb. presses and squats
 Women: 55-lb. presses and squats
