asked for Deadlifts sooooooo we combined the two ! 

1Deadlift 1 burpee over bar X25 ! 😁 athletes choose DL weight

50 burpee to plate
40 OH lunge (35/25)
30 DL (135/95)
20 cleans (135/95)
