1. Warm up 

2. Skill set 

Pick one of your personal goals to work on in be area of gymnastics:

I.e any body weight movement 

Push ups , pull ups , handstands , ring row ,  box jumps , muscle ups, chest 2 bar , dips , handstand walks ...

Wod:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 19 minutes of:

3 muscle-ups

1 shuttle sprint, 5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards

6 burpee box jump-overs, 20-in. box

Scale each movement as needed to your ability
