3.  Endurance work

100 Russian KB swings 

100 Box jumps 

100 push ups 

Athletes have the option to complete this task in any order any rep 

scheme you choose. The goal is zero rest , make a game plan that works best for you , 

highlight your strengths minimize your weaknesses.
