1.Warm up 

2. Athletes can choose 

2.1 1RM bench 

Or

Reps of 5-3-1

1st set 70-80-90%

2nd set 75-85-95%

3rd set 70-80-90% 

2.3 all athletes will complete 

Max reps at 60% 

Pair up and spot and encourage eachother 😁💪🏻🙌🏻

95/65-lb. power snatches, 20 reps
50 double-unders
