Using 80% of 1RM Clean 


Power clean 

Front squat 

Hang clean 

Front squat 

This will be a 15 EMOM 

If athletes do not have a 1RM they will have this time to find a 1RM 


5 Rounds for time 

7 Squat cleans at 60% 1RM 

5 burpee box jumps 24"/30"
