25 ghd hip extensions
25 ghd back extensions
25 ghd hip and back extensions
25 GHD situps

Do each movement unbroken. If you fail at a movement, do 3x10 of that movement for training and call it.

3. 24 Minute Time Cap

3 rounds for time of:
50 GHD sit-ups
25 handstand push-ups

Scaled athletes:
3 rounds for time of:
25 GHD sit-ups
25 hand release push-ups

Beginners:
3 rounds for time of:
25 abmat situps
25 beginner push-ups

Masters:
3 rounds for time of:
50 GHD sit-ups (scaled 25 abmat situps)
25 push press 95/65 (scaled 65/45)

Teens:
3 rounds for time of:
50 GHD sit-ups (scaled 25 abmat situps)
25 handstand push-up (scaled hand release push-ups)
