2. 3x5 Bear Complex @ 50% 1RM Clean and Jerk

3. Clean and Jerk Technique Review and warm to working weight

4. 3-3-3-3-3 Clean and Jerk

5. Cooldown/Mobility

The stimulus here is to go heavy on the 3-3-3-3-3 but to get all the reps.

The core of programming this week (and for the rest of OPEN season) will continue to come from HQ mainsite (www.crossfit.com) with additional work programmed as needed to address specific areas of development.
